Properties with a value of up to £200,000.00                                                                                           £800.00 + VAT (@ 20% = £160.00) total cost £960.00 + disbursements (see below)

Properties between £200,000.00 & £300,000.00                                                                                £900 + VAT (@20% £180.00) total cost £1,080 + disbursements (see below)

Properties with a value over £300,000.00  - 500,000                                                                                                                                                   £1,200+ VAT @ 20% = £240 total cost £1,440+ disbursements (see below)

Properties with a value over £500,000.00 

A tailored quote would be provided upon application including VAT at 20% + disbursements.

Bank transfer fee

Stamp duty land tax return to be drafted and submitted with HMRC (this is required whether or
